The Mountain Fire
The church is being prepared to receive the baptism of fire. This fire will release us into something that has never been seen before and bring a shift in our minds. The apocalypse is a removal of the veil, or seeing something that has never been seen before. In Hebrews 10:20, Paul tells us that the veil is the flesh. Simply put, those who still have flesh in the way won’t be a part of this transition. We have to get rid of our fleshly desires to go into the Holy of Holies. The apocalypse is not about the end of the world - it is about the end of religion.
Moses went up Mt. Sinai to receive the Torah and give it to the people. When Moses came down the mountain, he read them everything that the Lord told him and the people said, “we will do it” or they said, “I do.” The Covenant of the Torah is a marriage contract and the people understood what would happen if they were to disobey this covenant. The Lord is looking for people of the covenant, those who are keeping the marriage contract.
Moses sprinkled the blood on the people after they agreed to be obedient to the covenant. “Dam” is the Hebrew word for blood, and it speaks of a son who resembles their father from the blood. The Torah is not a book of dos and don’ts; it is to teach us to become like the Father and to resemble His divine image here on Earth. The sprinkling of the blood resembles rain. The Song of Moses says, “Let my revelation fall as the rain.” The raining of revelation really is a raining of blood on His people in order for them to resemble the Father.
The Covenant in Hebrew speaks about a contract made by passing between two pieces of flesh. The sacrifice was cut in half and the two parties who were coming into covenant had to walk between the two pieces of the sacrifice. When the covenant is not kept by one of the parties, then the other party is not obligated to keep the covenant either, and instead is able to cut the person who broke the covenant in half. There are plagues that are released on those who do not obey the covenant of God. This is why we see the plagues in the book of Revelation. The plagues are not coming to the world; the plagues are coming to the church for disobeying the covenant by living in sin.
The covenant is the gospel, and in Hebrew it speaks of a feast of meat. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 2-3 that the meat of the Word is the mystery of the kingdom for the mature, and he rebukes the church of Corinth for being babes in Christ. They were not able to receive the mysteries of the kingdom because they had too much flesh. Christians are going to be exposed when the glory comes. The Lord told me that the way Christians look at the Jews missing the visitation of Christ and crucifying Him is the same way that the remnant will look at the church who did not take part in the glory. The mysteries will reveal the glory of God.
We need to hold fast to these teachings all the way to the end. The Gospel of Luke tells us that those who did not believe were cut into pieces. The same judgment in the Old Testament for breaking the Covenant is the same judgment in the New Testament. My Bible says that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Those who refuse to learn, don’t do what they say they will do, and are disobedient, will not enter the rest. We should have a fear of not making it at the end. Peter says that if the righteous are scarcely saved how much more those who are disobedient to the Gospel? (1 Peter 4:18).
Obedience to the Gospel by understanding it will give us the ability to enter into the rest of the seventh day. When God rests on the seventh day, which is the millennial kingdom, we will come into that rest with Him. We must be diligent to enter into that rest. When the Hebrews went into the Promised Land, they had to fight those giants to enter into rest. However, if we put the cares of the world in front of the kingdom, we become a stumbling block instead of a bridge for others.
The covenant is a sacrifice, which means we are taking the time to press into the revelation of the Word. We can miss so many opportunities to sacrifice by not taking it seriously. At some point the chances run out, and God turns that person to a reprobate mind because they no longer have a love for the truth. It is disbelief. Paul says the Hebrews heard the same Gospel that we heard but they did not mix it with faith so it profited them nothing. The Gospel is revelation, and that revelation is the grace that the apostles and prophets give the church as the mystery of Christ is being revealed to them for the church. We take grace in times of need to help us overcome. The Gospel is to learn the mysteries of the kingdom.
For the last two months, I have brought some very heavy teachings as we continue to dive into the book of Revelation - we can see that we’re in the final seconds before the glory manifests into the Earth. The 144,000 are those who are operating in the Gospel, the mysteries of the kingdom, the feast of meat - they are those who are part of the covenant. We have very little time to come into that understanding of His divine knowledge. This has nothing to do with feelings - it’s not about getting goosebumps. We can miss it because we lack the divine knowledge of God.
We have to use the revelation that has been given to us; it is the grace of God. To choose not to do anything with the revelation we have is a travesty and God will not overlook it. When people are hungry, they just grab this Word and eat like they haven't eaten in days. We have to eat our way through the veil by consuming this feast of meat. It’s easy to see who's hungry and who’s not. Clearly, we don’t want to be covenant breakers. It is a very serious thing to break a covenant. Now we know, now we're accountable. Amen.
Sincerely,
Apostle Michael Petro
